I’m Ted Pittman, founder of Turnpoint Growth Solutions. I work directly with business owners to solve operational challenges, improve alignment, and implement practical solutions that help businesses run more efficiently and scale with greater consistency.

With a background in manufacturing and operational problem-solving, my approach is direct, hands-on, and focused on real-world execution.

My background spans from hands-on production work to executive leadership in a growing manufacturing company.

During that time, growth didn’t come from a single strategy — it came from fixing the underlying operational issues that were limiting performance.

This included:

  • Restructuring inventory and supply chain systems to eliminate shortages and stabilize sales

  • Improving production workflows to handle increased product complexity without sacrificing margins

  • Strengthening labour structure, training, and accountability to improve efficiency and reduce errors
