About Turnpoint Growth Solutions

Turnpoint Growth Solutions works with owner-led businesses across Southern Alberta to remove operational constraints and build systems that support sustainable, profitable growth.

Many businesses reach a point where growth becomes harder instead of easier. Sales, operations, and people become misaligned, and the systems that once worked begin to break down.

That’s where I focus.

A Practical, Operator-Led Approach

My approach is built on operating experience — not theory.

Rather than offering high-level advice, I focus on identifying the underlying issues limiting performance and implementing practical solutions that improve how the business actually runs day-to-day.

This includes:

  • Fixing bottlenecks instead of treating symptoms

  • Aligning operations, sales, and financial decisions

  • Building systems that reduce reliance on the owner

  • Creating structure that supports long-term growth

Experience in Practice

My background spans from hands-on production work to executive leadership in a growing manufacturing company.

During that time, growth didn’t come from a single strategy — it came from fixing the underlying operational issues that were limiting performance.

This included:

  • Restructuring inventory and supply chain systems to eliminate shortages and stabilize sales

  • Improving production workflows to handle increased product complexity without sacrificing margins

  • Strengthening labour structure, training, and accountability to improve efficiency and reduce errors

  • Aligning operational decisions with financial outcomes to support sustainable growth

The result was a business that could grow without becoming more chaotic or less profitable.

Start With a Conversation

If your business feels harder to run as it grows, there’s usually a clear reason behind it.

Why This Matters

Most businesses don’t struggle because of lack of effort — they struggle because their systems aren’t built to support growth.

Fixing those systems creates:

  • stronger margins

  • smoother operations

  • more control over the business

  • the ability to scale without constant friction
